Very strenuous course! This is crossfit meets disc golf. Expect to climb 60 flights of stairs worth of incline and decline, 2 miles around, 4500 steps. Very nice baskets and well manicured course. There is a lot of wood mulch on steep hills so expect to get your shoes and socks dirty. Good mix of long, wide open shot and technical shots thru the canopy
