A- Jess Westman Jan 2024 Great course, open fairways for the most part but the rough can be unforgiving! This course can make or break ya in a tournament! Very nicely taken care of and very clean! Thanks to Larry and his crew and everyone else who helps!!
A- Chad Harvey Jan 2023 Home Course to me, love this course. Nice open fairway's, nice challenging holes I feel. Only downside I have is the rough is very rough, once you get stuck in there it's almost impossible to recover.
A- Tom Wagner Apr 2023
Gorgeous forest course that has everything but wayer hazards. Challenging short and long holes with mild elevation and wide fairways. Good flow and easy navigation, plays from shorts and longs. The lo ... show more ›
A Tim Hose Nov 2019 Awesome course. Good mix of long and short holes. Nice fairways, can get thick in the woods but course is played enough that there are plenty of trails into the rough.
B- Russell Phillips May 2019 To many trees. I will try it from longs next.
A Erik Generik May 2019 Gotta love it. Tough but fun.
B+ Corey Matthysse Oct 2018 Some of the long pads are silly but overall a great course.

One of the best courses in Kalamazoo. I really enjoy playing here. I consider this an intermediate course. Love the option of either playing the long or short teepads. I love that this is a technical ... show more ›
B+ Jess Preston Aug 2020 Both short and long tee pads on most holes. Love this course. If they ever get new tee signs, I'd bump this up to a 91 or 92. 89 out of 100.

Made it down to this course for the first time a week ago and I'm disappointed I didn't go sooner. Fairways are technical, but not too tight. The long tees test your control and distance constantly as ... show more ›
B+ Eric Frohriep Mar 2018 This course has nice wide fairways, but if you miss, you are going to be in the rough. Fun course to play. Had a disc get eaten by a pine tree, but recovered it. Only complaint keeping it from being an A is how it is marked. It is hard to navigate when you play by yourself for the first time.
A- Ryan Ely Mar 2018
Like others have said, it has mostly straight pin positions, needs updated signage, but don't let that steer you away from this course. Nice Tee-Pads and Benches. Mostly wooded, but it's the more open ... show more ›

Had the opportunity to play this course for the first time today, my only regret is that I didn't play it sooner. The course demands a variety of shots and really forces you to shape shots and stay on ... show more ›
A Troy Reichert Jul 2017 Many technical wooded throws. I throw putter off about half the forward tees. My biggest gripe is there are no big hyzer holes. Great course overall. My home course.
B+ Jeff C Sep 2016 VERY wet hole 1...bugs that didn't stop with spray...rough round...
B Phil Britton May 2016
Pros: beautiful course, cement pads, nice defined fairways (though some could use a mow). Challenging, if you get off the fairway it's hard to fight your way back. Cons: after a while, the holes g ... show more ›
A- Douglas "Fresh" Watson May 2016 Awesome layout, good mix of left and right shots. Tight, technical fairways. Good elevation. Challenging from the longs.
A- Erin Feeley Mar 2016 Good layout and friendly folks.
A- Joseph Wierzbicki Apr 2016 Fun course. Good mix of LHBH and RHBH friendly holes. In the woods but fairways were pretty wide and forgiving on most holes.
A- Mike Megyesi Nov 2015 Really like this course. Two sets of tees make it good for the advanced and the beginning golfer. It is only the second course I've ever played, but it's head and shoulders above the first one. I'll be back.

A Brandon Hart Jul 2015 all wooded. but lightly wooded. If it does go into the woods there isnt thick under growth so it is easy to find. not much elevation change but there isnt water either so dont have to worry about losing discs. Long and short tees are nice. flows really well. sandy.
C- William Gilbert Jul 2015 how can a course without tee signs get a A-?!?!?!? not a bad course overall from the longs but, not enough trash cans, or benches, or directional signs. wet muddy crappy. where are the wood chips. i have played the shorts they are better but still have all the same problems as mentioned.
A- Rodney L Jul 2015 This is a very nice course and a challenging layout. From the long tees you get a lot of long tunnel shots and a decent amount of elevation changes. Certainly worth playing.
A+ Scuba Steve Jul 2015 My go to course. Love every hole. Impossible to get lost. Great combination of short and long holes with mix of hyzer and anhyzer shots. Always clean
B Forrest Omland Jul 2015 Played the long tees on my first visit here. You definitely want to keep it in the fairway or wear long pants. :)
B+ Kevin Reddy Jun 2015 If I lived nearby, I would play here often. Course needs more signage to mark tees, next tee direction, and baskets. Flow is OK, and nice variety of holes overall. You can tell this course has been here a while. Surprised I hadn't played it yet.
A+ Jack Bungart Mar 2017 Great course gets a little swampy with too much rain
A- Matt T May 2015 Nice course with a good variety of shots and distances. Pretty well maintained. Only complaint would be the crowds of obnoxious bros taking blunt breaks at every bench in the afternoon.

A- Ric Evans Sep 2014 Really liked this course - it desperately needs new signs and a little tlc, but a tough and fair course - some holes almost had a 'ball-golf-hole' feel with the double doglegs, etc - fun placement golf!
A- Brandon Schmuker Oct 2014 Good course. All moderately wooded holes with slight elevation changes. A few holes begging to be aced. The fairways arent too tight, and the distances arent completely out of reach. Great course worth the trip!
B Anthony Hudson Jul 2014 Needs garbage cans emptied
B- Mark Shultz Jul 2014 Grass needs cut - undergrowth getting thick
A Tim Heiser Apr 2014 Decent distance on holes both pro and am tees. terrain isnt to bad a few up hill and down hill shots. over all i really like this course and will be making a 2 hour trip to play it again

A- Aaron Goofy Mitchell Aug 2013 Only Played once but I really liked the course. long holes hard shots etc. recommended
B Landon Satterfield Aug 2013 Super solid course. Well worn. Over crowding issues and general upkeep sucks.. Great holes challenging and fun. IMO top in Kzoo
A Travis tullis Jul 2013 Great having the new containers for recycling. Hopefully it will encourage the littering idiots get a clue. Everything else is nearly perfect outside of signage
A+ Ryan Koster Jul 2013 One of my top 3 courses I've ever played.

A Mark Reynolds Jul 2012 First time I've played this course and it was not as trashy as some other reviews say, it probably had some work done. It's not extremely difficult, it has some ace-able holes with some 400+. Overall great course
A Matthew Maynard Jun 2012 I loved the course. It was more challenging than my main course, (Kzoo Air zoo) but it was still very playable for my skill level. It forced me to practice a variety of shots, (hyzers, anhyzers, dead straight shots). All in all, i had a lot of fun!
A Damon Speakman Jun 2012 Oshtemo is a very relaxed, and easy going course. Perfect for someone new to disc golfing to get used to there discs, and form. The only problem with the course is the tree's, They will either work with you, or against you. Other than that, I love it.
A+ Joshua Bloomfield Mar 2013 Nice course
A Robert Davis Apr 2012 Oshtemo is a good course. No dangerous holes (water holes) but still challenging. Very nice tee-pads and well maintained. Some debris & garbage present but its to be expected when so close to college campus.

A Andrew Nazarians Oct 2011 amazing course, mostly maintained (some people just dont understand the concept of a trash can). the long drives and some technical putts make it a challenging course, n c'mon, who doesn't like a challenge?
A Jim Jean Sep 2012 My favorite and home course!
A Brad Fuller Jul 2011 Well rounded challenging course
A- Nick Bosovich Dec 2013 Long and short pads on this course. The two layouts make it feel like two different courses almost. Most holes in are the woods with fairly wide fairways. Accuracy is valued and birdies are clutch since most holes are relatively difficult.
B+ Katie Meloy May 2011 Great beautiful course! Having more signage, and directional signs for those not familiar with the course would make this an A in my book.
A+ Jeremy Diller May 2011 It is dificult. It really test the accuracy of your drives and approaches. Not a lot of flooding or wet holes when it rains. Narrow fairways for the most part. Overall a beautiful walk through the woods.
A+ Jason Higley May 2011 One of the best around this district. Long tees are recommended for a challenging round.
B+ Brett 'Barry' Lakin Jun 2011 Tee signs with distance at the short pads would be great.

B+ Mark Reilly Jan 2011 Oshtemo is great
A- Jason Karle Jan 2011 Great course with lots of varation in the hole layouts. Quite difficult with all the trees, would be better with a map or cards in the beginning so you can see the hole locations!
A David Hedstrom Oct 2010 Tough course, very fair. If you want to be a better golfer just play long tees, daily. Fairways are pretty wide and the rough is brutal. Baskets are in good condition, pads are all doing well and I hope that people start giving this course the respect it deserves, I am looking at you Frat boys.
A Brian Hunt May 2011 The only reason that I don't give Oshtemo an A+ is because I just played Blue Gill.
A- Steve Hedstrom Nov 2010 Oshtemo is a must play if you are in the Kalamazoo area. Challenging shots for all skill levels. Naturally beautiful with fun shots makes this one of my all time favorites. Oshtemo will make you a better disc golfer.
