Friendly reminder that Warm Up League starts today @10:30 at Moose Meadows. Many more course changes planned for next 6 months. Course is in great condition. Please contact me if you are interested in playing a casual round or would like to come to leagues on Saturdays if you are not a club member.

To all Night Moosers out there. I am having a landscaping weekend at Moose Meadows. Myself and Wade will be working on Saturday October 5th and Sunday the 6th from 10am - 4pm(ish). We can use all the help we can get. I will supply pizza and water for lunch. This Thursday will be the start of the Fall/Winter league. As we have done the past couple years we will slowly make the transition over to glow as we get closer to the Night Moose Open. Also, as weather gets colder there will be some nights that we will make the change over to indoor putting if the weather takes a turn. Every single day there is a league round at Moose Meadows we will be doing a bonus ace throw off. You have the option of paying $2 that will go towards the ace pool. Before the round you will get 1 extra throw at Hole #1's basket for a chance at however much is in the ace pool. If an ace is hit either before the round or during the round whatever money is in the ace pool will pay out 100%.

We have some extra here but want to make sure we have enough for all.

Again, I would like to thank Timmy for helping getting the putting formats situated. We have brackets set up for team format with a 2 game elimination and also single player brackets depending on the amount of players.

Would also like to give a shout out to Patrick and Scott for putting up the netting behind the baskets that will protect putters and also help with noise reduction.

Hope to see some folks out this week.

Thanks to Timmy and Wade for all their help last week and so far this past week with helping get this putting league off the ground. We will be running a little bit of a trial run to see how things go with the putting league and also have some other plans for weeks with 9 holes of regular golf followed by putting. Over the next month or so we will feel things out and maybe develop an overall scoring/point system for the league with different options depending on the weather. Alright Moose, here is the story with todays Thursday glow league round. It looks like the rain is going to stick around nearly all day so I propose a change of pace for this week. I will have enough time after work to clean out the barn and set it up for some indoor putting. I will hopefully get some rules all finalized today and we can all be comfortable and dry for some putting practice. I will more then likely set up 6 baskets so we can facilitate plenty of players but would like some assistance getting things moved around and the ground leveled in the barn.

The date has also been confirmed for the City of Southgate Fundraiser Disc Golf Tournament this year and it will be October 8th. I will be putting up a tournament flyer and also a tournament page wit ... show more ›

The date has also been confirmed for the City of Southgate Fundraiser Disc Golf Tournament this year and it will be October 8th. I will be putting up a tournament flyer and also a tournament page with questions for all interested. It will be one round of 18 holes bring your own partner doubles with two divisions. It will be $55 a team and an extra $10 if you would like a golf cart. Dinner and prizes will be included and it will be a great time as always. More info soon......

Night Moose Open tournament page will be up within the next week or so. This year we are going to do things a little different and if you plan on playing it will be PRE-REG only by a certain date. This will make players packs better and easier for those involved. It will be a little bit later this year and the date will be November 7th and 8th. We will be having some side games on Saturday as well as a players party and a glow round with prizes the night before the actual tournament on Sunday, November 8th.
