I have been considering variations that serve to pay homage to classic BATTLE indurance wile staying under the guidelines of local parks department rules on event insurance and sponsorship. I expect I will host one classic BATTLE one day event and a week long or even month long BATTLE format run through DGS in the spring of 2015.
