Pancake Circle Limited (Lørenskog Frisbee Klubb) is Norway's first frisbee club, founded in 1979 by Robert Tjernstad, following the Swedish model. The club practices the Ultimate and disc golf. The club has approx. 160 members (2023)
The club took the initiative to start the Norwegian Frisbee Association in 1979. The club's best-known athlete is Carlos Rio (b. 1962), who has won two WC golds and two EC golds in the discathon exercise and around 50 NM golds in various exercises. Pancake has been a pioneer club in establishing the sport of Frisbee in Norway, and has a long series of Norwegian championships in the Ultimate branch.
