The OMDGA is a non-profit organization founded in 1991 when a handful of volunteers decided to raffle a 79' Dodge Dart to raise the funds necessary to open Seymour Smith Disc Golf Course. In 18 years time the course has grown from 10 players a week to 500+ a day! The OMDGA partners with city parks and recreation departments in the metro area to help promote a fun, positive, and free activity for the community. Under city contracts we maintain, vend, and fund raise to grow the sport. We facilitate a national tournament schedule through the Professional Disc Golf Assoc. (www.PDGA.com
