MERGER! New Club Name

We have merged with GRDGU and chose to adopt there name. Chris and I will still be heavily involved and all your favorite leagues will still be happening. Like Grand Rapids Disc Golfer's Untied (GRDGU) to find out 2017 league and tournament information.

Club Membership Cost

The Annual Club Membership Cost will be set at $30. Anyone who brings me a hole sponsor for either league for a whole season will get a free membership for next year. There are lots of sponsorships just waiting to be picked up as I have been to busy to actively be out hunting for them. So unfortunately prizes will be on the light side to start. I guess I didn't exactly realize how much work was need to start a new club. So please be patient as we grow.

Getting ready for the 2016 Season

Ok so another new Disc Golf Club. So why should I join this club? The short answer is... because! Okay so maybe that isn't enough for some of you. How about... because I (Chris Melinn) am starting and running this club. Okay if you didn't run away screaming here is a couple of more reasons... Being a paid member to this club will get you a club t-shirt and a disc, and also full eligibility for the ace pools in the leagues run by the club, you will also be invited to the end of year ... more

Ok so another new Disc Golf Club. So why should I join this club? The short answer is... because! Okay so maybe that isn't enough for some of you. How about... because I (Chris Melinn) am starting and running this club. Okay if you didn't run away screaming here is a couple of more reasons... Being a paid member to this club will get you a club t-shirt and a disc, and also full eligibility for the ace pools in the leagues run by the club, you will also be invited to the end of year party for the 2 summer leagues. If you get enough singles rounds in at the JC league (6) you will be eligible for the hi/lo doubles tournament right before the league party. This club will have a park clean up held once a month at each park to help keep the park clean. We will also be hosting some fundraising events to help with improvements to our parks. If we show the community and city that we care about our parks and are willing to help take care of them we might get more parks with disc golf courses in them.
