I am trying to bring disc golf to the Nantahala National Park area in western North Carolina.
Highlands is in need of something special, what with the tragic loss of so many of the signature Hemlock trees from a recent blight. We could still build courses with Rhododendron rough, that would be unique beyond any known course. The rhodos here grow huge unlike anything anywhere else on Earth.
The nearest courses to me are limited and unfinished, and I would like to lead the charge in getting organized and maintaining these courses as well as expanding them, and building more. Then on to better things like hosting events at the courses we will build. Sound fun? Then join me!
