The tee pad fund grows every week with donations left by visitors to the course. Ron is doing a great job and loves doing it.

Hey everybody, registration for the October 12th Discraft Ace Race at Knollwood in Kalamazoo closes on September 28th, so get registered today to secure your player pack! This will be our first official Ace Race and we have cut up the downed trees and refurbished all of the chains on our baskets in preparation.

Just did a course walk through. Course is still un-playable. Holes 14, 15, 16, and 17 still flooded. Holes 7, 8, 10 still flooded. Large tree down on 7 (it missed the basket by 6 inches. Large tree down across the path from 7 to 8. Huge tree down on 9 blocking the fairway. Kudos to whoever replanted the hole marker on 14, it had been pulled up but someone put it back. We are going to need some volunteers to make the course playable again but atm we can't even get to some of this to work on it.

This is to all the club member's, player's, and the casual's of Discgolf it wasn't Mobile Birdie idea to step-on the clubs toes by holding our touranment at Freeland's & Chippewa Banks course. We where in a rush to get one going and didn't properly go throught the right motion to get one started. Mobile Birdie will be giving 25% of profits back to the Freeland Disc Golf Club & Chippewa Banks Disc Golf. Plus it's about time to DO WORK!! On these course's so this Friday and Sunday at at 9am Midland need's more work to get ready for the Midland Open way more then was put into Freeland so come out ands be proud of what we have here in Saginaw Area. Jim Fries and Buffalo Sanders will be out there to get it whip back in shape so come join in helping hand's. We are here to stay and want to give back to this game as much as the game gave to us.

Remember car pool in .... meet at the Rail Trail parking lot then group up to save cash ...I am still negotiating for reduced park entry rates for League nights ... but until then Car Pool

Being a "dog" from Grand Rapids, I was sniffing around for a tourney and noticed a "red herring" on the DGS site regarding directions. You might get the DGS guys to fix it. My comment on the course and tourney pages was this.
