The Flint Town Flyerz are allowing club members to set up a FlyMart at club only events this season, with the first such event being this Saturday May 18, 2013. DISC-OR-DIE is planning to be out early (before and possibly between rounds, but not after!) with a table full of discs. First come first served only. Interested in a ProtoStar Shark3 with a DISC-OR-DIE bottom stamp? Limited edition blank black DX Aviar with a DISC-OR-DIE bottom stamp? FTF Shoot-Out Champion Boss with Jeff Gaither art? Stock Champion RC3 with a DISC-OR-DIE second stamp, limited to 25? Old and out-of-print Dave Lonteen discs? DISC-OR-DIE posters from various events over the past 5 years? Killer DISC-OR-DIE SuperColors? It's not often that we are out-and-about selling stuff in person.... here's a good chance to get "friend" prices and see before you buy!

DISC-OR-DIE Featured Artists Series Disc #2 will be art by Dave Lonteen for the 2012/13 Winter Putting League hosted by Karma Junkie Disc Golf. Innova has set aside DX and R-PRO Rhynos to be stamped in a limited edition of 50 total. DISC-OR-DIE and Death By Disc have also printed limited edition posters for The Holly Woods Massacre and Goldenrod Championships tournaments. There were only 20 printed of each poster, and they are currently being signed and numbered by artist Dave Lonteen.

The first DISC-OR-DIE Featured Artists Series discs have been ordered. The art will be by Skulboy and the discs will promote the Black Ace Disc Golf "Black Ace Finals" on 12/6/2012. A limited edition of 50 discs will be stamped - Icon Ghost, Pinnacle Rampage and Icon Rampage from Legacy Discs (with a very limited number of black discs being included for both molds). A new DyeMax order has also been placed, limited to 10 total (half bottom-stamped S/DS Destroyers and half bottom-stamped Star XCalibers). The art will be by Jeff Gaither, and this will be unique type of release (DyeMax applied to stock bottom-stamped discs). On a final note, our full color DISC-OR-DIE packaging is soon to be expanded with the addition of two new header cards designed by Dave Lonteen. Look for those be used for new discs in 2013.

DISC-OR-DIE has collaborated with Dave Lonteen and Death By Disc to produce 50 "Death By Roc" DX and KC Pro Rocs as well as 50 "Hollywoods Massacre" (design #2) Star Bosses, MF Champion Destroyers, and MF Champion TeeBirds. Check the Trading Post to see a few that are being sold before the events. We are also happy to announce a collaboration with Brainwave Dyes to have a limited edition of 15 DISC-OR-DIE discs dyed with Jeff Ash's unique "brainwave" dye process!

DISC-OR-DIE would like to announce a 2012/2013 Featured Artists series of discs. We will be working with a number of artists to each draw the same design in their own style. Each of the designs will be used to promote a local tournament with a limited edition hot stamped disc. The designs will then be used to create a poster, possibly in Andy Worhol style, that will then be signed by each of the artists. Since it’s a Featured Artists series, the artist’s name will be prominently displayed on the discs and posters. Many of the discs will go to the artist and the tournament, but we will also have a few for sale to recoup our costs. It may be tough to collect them all, so keep checking in for more details as to when they will be released. The artists are expected to include Jeff Gaither, Mike Fortunato, Skeet Scienski, Skulboy, and Dave Lonteen.

An order has officially been placed, to be printed at the end of August, for 100 hot stamped Discraft drivers. The discs will feature new art from Dave Lonteen to promote a Halloween glow doubles round at Hollywoods on 10-31-2012. Discs will include an even split between Glow Buzzz, Glow Stalker, Cryztal Buzzz, and Cryztal Nuke. To see the artwork, please check out the "Hollywoods Massacre" tournament page (http://www.discgolfscene.com/tournaments/Holly_Woods_Massacre_2012). Some discs will be held back for the tournament, but DISC-OR-DIE will also have a few extras so get in touch if you are interested in grabbing one up for your collection.

DISC-OR-DIE pulled the trigger today and made payment for 25 Opto Saint and 25 Goldline Saint from Latitude 64°. The stamp will be the DISC-OR-DIE logo that was previously used in 2011 on the Goldline Havoc and Opto Halo, both of which were limited to 25 and sold out quickly. The Saint is brand new, and we've had a lot of requests to do more with this design. Get in touch if you are interested in grabbing one up for your collection.

Starting in 2012, and in conjunction with Dave Lonteen and Death By Disc, DISC-OR-DIE will begin hosting some events. These will not be full fledged tournaments that will compete with the fine work being done by Mark Stephens and The Flint Town Flyerz, but instead "fun" events that will allow us to have some fun and present more of our fun and haunting designs.
