$35 a person and $70 a team. You will receive a tournament stamp Discmania disc, a beverage, a fun tournament layout, and a chance at a lot of prizes!

We will be supporting Big Bones dog rescue this year. 8 dates, one at Sundance, and one at a new fun location TBD. As you know we cater to beginner and casual disc golfers. Bring your friends, family, and friendly leashed four legged friend!

Doubles events, bring your own partner, or we can help find you one.

$35 per person and $70 per team. Players Packs include: A disc, a beverage, super fun layout, lots of prizes, and a great time! Thank you for supporting the puppies and growing the sport!

Walk ins welcome! Bring a friend! 5-5:30 sign ups. We meet at the back patio. Park in the North Parking lot. Disc Golf League, catered to beginners. Mixed group of beginners to experienced. We love to have a good time, give a couple tips, ask for tips, a bit of exercise, and play with awesome people!
Handicap scoring to make it fun for all! First 2 outings we ask what your average is to use as your handicap. We calculate it after the 2nd outing. You play against your average not everyone else. Adding the total strokes from the rounds you've played together, divided by how many rounds you've played.
$5 course fee with a beer
$1 optional Entry
$1 optional ace pool
Please check that you are going so I have an idea who will be there. Day of payment is fine. Sign up in the group that you want to play with. Cash or paypal.
Bigbear Disc Golf has donated a Discmania Active basket for our league's donation drawing. each time you come to League you are entered in the drawing to win at the end of the year.
We will play two loops of the front 9. One in day light and one lit up at night. Please bring a glow disc or light.

9:30-10am sign ups. $20 entry for all divisions. 2 Rounds. Usually 4 or more in a division. Lots of fun and prizes! As always pack it in and pack it out! An outhouse is provided.

Fun rules on every hole! Blind folded, 150 class, opposite hand, just to name a few...

No amenities within 45min. Bring everything you'll need: Food, Drink, extra clothes, shoes, rain gear. Bring Your Own Beverages. Smoking friendly as long as you pick up the butts! $5 camping is always available around the campsite by hole 15. Peace, Love, and Disc Golf!

Hello fellow disc golfer,

My name is. Lada Rezek, PDGA#54893, I play for the Burnaby DGC, I am average disc golf player with a bad back and funny chin beard. After dropping out of a tournament again, due to my back issues, I decided to heal.

During this healing process I wanted to help my club and become a bigger part of disc golf. It is then I went on an adventure. One I hope the disc golf community will embrace and am sending this message to all disc golf clubs. Well as many as I can.

After 10 months of hard work, abiding by guidelines, dealing with little issues, and a pre-unveil to the Burnaby disc golf club which received great response, I am proud to announce the OFFICIAL RELEASE of DISCGOLFBUDDY.

A Canadian product I hope will grow and help sponsor disc golf around the world. If your disc golf club plays for tags, this is for you. If not, it's time to help your club begin a new and exciting way to play for club tags.

Currently available for both Android and iPhone devices, clubs now have an easy to use app to sort and track standings for tags. In conjunction with the Discgolfbuddy.ca website, anyone can now see where they stand among their club and other clubs.

Check for yourself, visit www.discgolfbuddy.ca and enter Burnaby DGC into the club field.

Use the phone app anywhere, the simple easy to use features makes for quick results and easy posting. The best part, if Discgolfbuddy becomes a success, then clubs will have the opportunity to apply for available Sponsorship funds.

Alright, Alright, Alright! The Final Results and total money raised are all counted up! Thanks to all the players, sponsors, Fort Collins Disc Golf, A Soft Place to Land, The City of Fort Collins, Sara Stiles, and Danny Burdick. As well as a big thanks to SueB and Peggy/Discgivings for paving the way. We raised $1,385 for the Non-profit Dog Rescue, A Soft Place To Land! Everyone had a great time for a great cause. Thanks for supporting the puppies!

We paid out who had the most fun as well as the people that didn't get to play as much and threw less times. On top of the player's packs we were able to get some cool frisbees for dogs as prizes for the rest of the crew that showed up! See you next year

There is not a great day to do it, since there are tourneys every weekend in Colorado through Fall. I don't want anyone injured, too cold/wet, car troubles, etc... Here is a rare opportunity to play a course not open to the public! Jake McBroom is holding the 2nd Annual AFSA Disc Golf Tournament at F.E. Warren Air Force Base in Wyoming! Sounds like a great time, for another great cause!

When: Oct. 26, 2013
where: F.E. Warren AFB Disc Golf Course
Cost: 10$ player signups and one dollar optional ace pool
Rounds: 2 rounds with an hour lunch break between rounds

All scheduled times are subject to change following first round completion.

Pre registration must be accomplished by Oct. 16, players who pre register will be able to get on base access with no sponsor. Players who fail to pre register will need to be escorted from the front gate by our sponsors. For registration and any questions please contact the tournament director Jake McBroom at 336-504-5172. Please leave a message if you do not answer as i am not able to answer the phone during workdays.

All proceeds for the tournament will go to the Air Force Sergeants Association (AFSA) for chapter funding and course improvement opportunities.

NoCo and FCDGA were talking about having some of the longer holes have Pro and Am tee pads. I just went out to flag some suggested Am tee pads for the Tourney tomorrow. I wil have all divisions play from these tee pads to get some feed back. The majority of use on our local courses are beginners and recreational players. It will be a great way to make Aggie Greens a bit more Am friendly. Peace, Love, and Disc Golf!
