Downtown Urban Open XI PDGA event details:
The Town of Cary and Capital Area Disc League Inc. (CADL Inc.) invite you to the 2022 Downtown Urban Open Disc Golf Tournament.
This is not your ordinary disc golf course! You'll play on a temporary course around the buildings and structures of Town Hall Campus, located in Downtown Cary. Holes play in, through, and off a parking deck, as well as around the Herbert C. Young Community Center and police station.

Wednesday, October 12th~registration opens @ 8:00pm.

Sunday, November 27th
Check in starts @ 7:30am
Check in ends @ 8:30am
Required Players Meeting: 8:45am
Round 1 Shotgun Start: ~9:15
1 hour lunch after last card is finished
Round 2 Shotgun Start: TBD
DUO XI is a PDGA Competition Endowment Program Charity Event
All Amateur divisions will compete for trophies and will receive a player's pack.
If event is full please register for waitlist @ Disc Golf Scene DUO XI registration link. (above)
$5 from each entry fee will go to the Relief for Recreation Scholarship Fund.
$5 Optional Ace Pool will be available during registration as well as check-in. Ace Pool is NOT included in your entry fee.
Ace Pool will split 50/50 with the Relief for Recreation Scholarship Fund.
There will be no day of registration for this event.

DUO 2022 | 11th Annual
This year will mark the 11th year of the Downtown Urban Open. This Town of Cary Disc Golf Tournament, co-hosted by the Capital Area Disc League Inc, benefits the Town’s Play It Forward Fund. The DUO was one of the first "urban style" tournaments in the country and has sold out for over a decade, and continues to sell out in minutes.
2022 DUO DETAILS
DUO takes place on Cary Town Hall Campus over Thanksgiving Weekend, with three separate events: Charity Open Play, BYOB Doubles, and a two-round C-Tier Tournament.
OPEN PLAY | SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 26
8 a.m.-noon
$10 donation to the Play it Forward fund to play the course
DOUBLES | SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 26
One Round | Bring Your Own Partner Doubles
$20 per team + $5/person for 50/50 optional ace pool
$16 to payout, $4 to charity
Noon Check-in | 12:40pm Player Meeting | 1 p.m. Tee Time
