    8:30am - 8:45am

    Player meeting: rules discussed, groups formed, holes assigned

    8:45am - 9:00am

    Travel to your starting holes!

    9:00am - 10:30am

    Round one is played.

    10:30am - 11:30am

    Cards from round one are returned, eat lunch!

    11:30am - 11:45am

    Players regrouped according to scores from round one, new groups and holes assigned, travel to holes to begin round two!

    11:45am - 1:45pm

    Round two is played

    2:00pm - 2:15pm

    Awards ceremony: prizes awarded, tales told.

    2:30pm - 3:00pm

    clean up! Of course, all these times are approximate. (Except start times! Show up on time!)
