In 2017, we hit a record-breaking number of mixed doubles teams at one event, 54, and raised more than $2,300 for the South Carolina Cancer Alliance. Let's do it even bigger and better in 2018!
REGISTRATION OPENS JANUARY 31 AT 9AM EST
Partner up with someone of the opposite sex and join us in Columbia, S.C. for the Fifth Annual Ladies & Gents Mixed Doubles tournament on April 7, 2018! Our title sponsor this year is Smoky Mountain Discs and we're teaming up with Throw Pink to raise money for the South Carolina Cancer Alliance.
Each participant will receive a player's pack. This event is trophy-only.
There are NEW DIVISIONS this year so players will receive PDGA points:
Note: EACH member of a team must play in a division that they are eligible for, so the team’s correct division is based on the highest rated player.
GOLD division
If the higher rated partner has a rating of 970 or above, you must register in this division.
BLUE division
If the higher rated partner has a rating between 900 and 969, you must register in this division.
RED division
If the higher rated partner has a rating of 899 or below, you must register in this division.
If neither partner has a PDGA rating, please register in the red division.
FORMAT
Round 1: Alternate shot doubles: women tee off on odd holes, men tee off on even holes.
Round 2: Best shot doubles, but you cannot take one teammate's drive more than two times in a row.
Ace pool, CTPs, ring of fire and raffle after the rounds.
