    Registration opens. You do not need to sign in at 7AM but you do need to sign in 30 minutes before your tee time.

    8:30am at New England Disc Golf Center

    First card goes out. Individual tee times will be posted on the PDGA site

    2:00pm at New England Disc Golf Center

    Feature card (MA1) starts. If you have finished your round, you are welcome to join the gallery and watch these advanced players tear up the course from the white tees.

    2:00pm - 8:30pm at New England Disc Golf Center

    Your entry to the event covers your greens fees for the entire day so make the most of it. When you tournament round is over enjoy the day. Play a round on Calico or Terrapin, do a little shopping, or just relax with an ice cold Sierra Nevada, if that's your thing. Either way, be sure to show our hosts at NEDGC some love.

The 2023 Powdermill Open is a PDGA B-Tier. In order to compete in this years event, per the PDGA rule, ALL PLAYERS MUST BE CURRENT PDGA MEMBERS to play in a B Tier event.

NEFA points event!

This is a two day event on two separate privately owned pay-to play courses and $20 of each entry fee will taken off the top. $17 to be split between the courses for greens fees and $3 for the PDGA fees.

We will be using PDGA Digital score card.

Day 1; June 24th will be on tee times on Spoonwood Ridge Southwick, MA
Check in as early as 7:00AM. YOU MUST CHECK IN AT LEAST 30 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR TEE TIME.
Frist card starts at 8:30 and continue in 12 minute increments

Day 2; June 25th will be on Tower Ridge Simsbury, CT
Check in as early as 7:00AM. YOU MUST CHECK IN AT LEAST 30 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR TEE TIME.
Frist card starts at 8:30 and continue in 12 minute increments

Layouts for each division as follows:
MA1 Spoonwood WHITE/Tower Ridge BLUE
MA3 Spoonwood RED/Tower Ridge RED (except hole 17 will be played from WHITE)
ALL other divisions Spoonwood RED/Tower Ridge WHITE

There is a $2 optional ace pot. If no aces are hit during this event the ace pot will carry over to the next Dark Hollow event and so on until someone gets a big payout. The next event will be the 2nd annual New England Polecat Challenge.

OTR Media will be filming the MA1 feature card on day one as well as MA1 lead card on day two.

Amateur players competing in the event will receive a players pack with a value of a minimum of 125% of the buy (in minus above fees) Including, but not limited to, two premium plastic Innova discs stamped with artwork by Drew Mullen, as well as trophies being awarded to the top finisher in each division.

Any divisions with no entries by May 24th will be removed to give adequate time to create trophies.

Refund policy

Dark Hollow Discs is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.

Any cancellation prior to the close of registration on June 17, 2023 at 8 pm eastern will receive a full refund.

Any cancellations after the close of registration on June 17, 2023 at 8 pm eastern will receive their registration MINUS a 25% service fee.
