With the work being done the course keeps getting better. A gem in the State, plenty of tee shot variety and has some beautiful scenery. I just wish I could travel down to play it more often.

The flow of the redesign is much better and provides for more variety in shot shapes that aren’t punished by a ball golf green.

Great course with challenging lines. Flattest course in the area, possibly the state. Park staff are nice and have worked hard to maintain. Still some rough to get tangled in/lose a disc. Once the long tees are cleared and each tee box provided turf it will be top notch.

Says Yellow course, but this review is intended for both Yellow and Blue (Pro). The yellow course has reachable holes with technical requirements and the potential to have your shot roll (be it poor placement or bad luck) making it challenging. The holes on the pro course are longer, force you to make different throws, and is a great challenge. I have yet to do the 27 hole course. The park is in a beautiful location and upkeep is nearly flawless.

Once concrete tee pads are available for all tees it will be near perfect. I love the variety of wooded vs open holes & long vs short holes. The rock hole (# 10) is a great signature hole.
Only downside for me is accessibility and occasional flooding.
Update 8/2020: all short tees have cement tee pads!

Very nice course overall. Lots of variety in distance and shots required. Improvements on the tees and footing would be welcomed.
Updated as many of the tees are now pavers.

Might be nostalgia since this was the 1st course I played. This course is what I use to rate each new course I play. Lots of precision needed and a variety of pin locations, tees, and terrains.

Very good course. Several of the pins are reachable for any rec player but also plenty that require more technical approaches.

Good variety of tee boxes, open and wooded holes, and hole locations. Very fun course with great views.
