United States Amateur Match Play Championships Qualifier #2 Twin Falls Second Chance Bracket
About this tournament
Dynamic Discs and Latitude 64 are proud to present the 2018 United States Amateur Match Play Championships (USAMPC). At the end of this event, we will be proud to crown a United States Amateur Match Play Champion in Emporia, Kansas. We will be running this event both for singles and doubles. The singles event will take place from March to June and the doubles event will take place from July to September. Winner will receive the baskets and tee signs for an eighteen-hole disc golf course and Discs for Life! (well…20 years of life…)
Current PDGA member guidelines – Disc golfers rated 969 or below as of January 1, 2018. New members who do not have a current PDGA rating are eligible to compete.
Non-current PDGA members – Disc golfers who have never been rated 970 or above.
Non-PDGA members – Disc golfers who are not current PDGA members or are so new to the PDGA that they do not have a rating are eligible to play in the event. Final determinations of who is not eligible will be the responsibility of the bracket hosts.
Local USAMPC singles qualifier match play brackets will be held throughout the United States and Canada in March and April. A list of these events can be found on the UDisc app (coming soon!). Players that meet the qualifications described above can pay $45 to compete in one of these brackets. Please contact the TD to get more information on local details. The Local Qualifying Bracket may be conducted over a few days or over the period of a few weeks. The Local Qualifying Bracket TD will determine the timing of when the brackets need to be played. The $45 entry fee is a one time cost. Players will receive a premium Latitude-64 golf disc and a premium Dynamic Discs golf disc in their player pack. If a player advances to the next levels, there are not additional entry fees. Winners of Local Qualifying Brackets will move on to the State/Province Bracket. Winners of the State/Province Bracket will move on to the Championship Bracket in Emporia, Kansas (June 22-24, 2018).

Players that win their State/Province Championship Bracket will be provided the following:
$500 cash for travel expenses
Free entry into a two round stroke play B-Tier on Saturday, June 24 for the 54 players that will not advance to play on Saturday.

Awards for Championship Bracket in Emporia
First Place – $20K Value
18 Veteran baskets and 18 tee signs to be used wherever the champion wants! ($8K value)
Dynamic Discs will ship 18 portable or permanent Veteran baskets and 18 tee sign frames to the champion. These baskets could be donated to a local park that needs new baskets, they could go towards a new course (public or private), or any other creative place the champion chooses!
Discs for Life ($12K value) – Life sounds better than 20 years. It is really 20 years.
