Tilley’s Frozen Finger Frenzy Throw for a Cause
• When: Sunday March 4, 2012
• Location: Civic Center South Kingsley MI
• Breast cancer disc golf charity event: Come out and throw for a cause, we are putting together a disc golf charity event for breast cancer to raise money for Renee Edly who is undergoing treatments of radiation for breast cancer and does not qualify for help with her medical expenses. All proceeds will be going to Renee to help pay for her medical bills. Food to follow after the round along with raffle drawings and prizes to give out.
• Registration: 9:00am-10:00am PLAYERS MEETING 10:05am
• Registration Fee: $20.00 donation to go to the Renee Edly foundation.
• Players Package: CFR Champion discs customized with a special logo for each player.
• Prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd pl:
1st place team: customized hooded sweatshirt
2nd place team: long sleeved shirts.
3rd place team: short sleeved shirts.
• Raffles: $1 for one ticket or $5 for six tickets, raffling off a basket plus other prizes.
• Ace/Deuce pool: there will be a 50/50 ace and deuce pool for $2 each; half the money will go to the foundation. Jumbo putt at end for ace money (if no one gets an ace) and team ctp for the deuce pool (if no one gets it)
If you enjoy Disc Golf and like helping out those in need, then come on out and throw for a cause!! It’s always a good time when friends and family get together to give. We look forward to seeing you out there.
