About this tournament

Welcome to the Taneycomo Throwdown presented by Dynamic Discs and powered by Full Turn Discs and Fossa Disc Golf. This event is part of the 2018 Gettin' It Done Tour by the Disc Golf Monkey.

This tournament would not be possible without the support of DD, Full Turn, Fossa, and the Disc Golf Monkey, and the Ozarks Flying Disc Club. A special shout out to each of these incredible entities.

This is a 3 round singles play tournament. This year you will be challenged by our two championship courses: Branson Trails DGC and Treehouz DGC at Branson Cedars Resort.
All competitors will play two rounds on Saturday and a single, final round on Sunday. There will be $2000 added cash.

$10 of each registration will be deducted from the entry fee for course fees related to rental/utilization.

There will be two pools and a cap of 144 total players. Pool A will feature all of our professional divisions and the advanced men. Pool B will feature all other amateur divisions. Each pool will be capped at 72 players.
Players packs will be given to all amateur competitors.

Schedule subject to change...including pool designations and courses

Please see the schedule for all tournament events including: Check-in; Pool/Course Assignments; Glow Round; and Players Party.
Branson offers more off-course fun than you will have time for. Word of advice: Register soon and book your hotel...it's busy in Branson in July!!!
We can't wait to see you here for the Taneycomo Throwdown!!!

Refund policy

Mike Porter is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Full refunds will be offered to all players playing in any professional division if a request is made 48 hours before the start of play. If a request is made after that a 50% refund will be given.
All amateurs will be offered a full refund if request is made 1 week prior to the start of the tournament which is July 7th. After July 7th if a request is made for a refund you will be refunded the cost of your registration minus the cost of the players pack and a shipping fee. Your players pack will then be sent to you after the tournament is concluded.
If no request is made and no notification is made once play has started then no refund will be offered. All special situations will be considered but for consistency we will adhere to the above stated policy.
