The Colonial Cup

The Colonial Cup will be played on the Spoonwood Ridge course.

All Pros will play the White Layout both rounds.

All ams will play the Red Layout 1st round.

As scheduled at the moment - all Ams will play the White course 2nd round.

** If we receive feedback from players in the Rec, FA2 or junior divisions about their preference to play Red both rounds - this is subject to change.

Please message us with your preference if this matters to you.

Also please be aware that ratings may not be generated for your round if there are not enough propagators (established PDGA players) playing on your layout that round.

Pure Flight Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds and withdrawals

A. Players must directly email or phone their withdrawals to the Tournament Director at the contact information posted for the tournament in order to satisfy an official request.
B. Players who officially request to withdraw from the event at least 30 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% cash refund minus a $10 handling fee.
C. Players who officially request to withdraw from the event 15 to 29 days before
the start of the event will receive a 100% cash refund minus $10 handling fee only if their spot in the tournament is filled through either the waitlist or walk up entry . If the player's spot is not filled, the TD has the choice to provide either a 50% cash refund or just the player's pack the player would received if they had attended minus cost of shipping. Pros will receive 50 % of entry fee.
D. Players who officially request to withdraw from the event within 14 days of the start of the event and prior to the events published closure of registration will recieve 25% of entry fee or players pack only (minus shipping cost). Pros will receive a 25% cash refund .
E. Players who do not officially request to withdraw from the event prior to the published closure of registration and don't play forfeit their entry fee with no player's pack and no refund,
