Players Meeting - There is no players meeting; all course rules will be provided prior to the start of the round

Awards Ceremony & Payout - There is no awards ceremony; all payout can be done online. Players in B Pool will have an opportunity to redeem their vouchers with Sun King after the event is over. Any vouchers that are not redeemed in person will be emailed and can be used at SunKingDiscs.com less a small fee to cover shipping (10% +$3). Pro Players will have prize money sent via PayPal or Check.
