Southwest Michigan Trilogy Challenge 2020 FLEX START
About this tournament
Alright Folks!
We are going to run this tournament differently this year.
Due to the COVID spring of 2020 this has been pushed back. We will run this on a smaller scale and it will be a quick time schedule. We need players to sign up ASAP!
This will be a flex start. The first group can tee off at 9 am, then every 5 minutes another group can tee off. This will go until 11 am.
Additional rules for social distancing
- You will not be able to dig through all the discs, you can tell me what you want and I will sort through them for you.
-Gimmie putts are allowed, any putt within 10 feet of the basket
-Only touch you discs and equipment, not others!
-Hand Sanitizer will be available at tournament central, it is encouraged to bring your own for on the course
-Masks are optional and no one will be shamed for wearing one, or not wearing one
I am sure I'll have more guidelines that I will add.
There will be 2 mens divisions and 1 womens division. I have the ability to push you to a higher division if I think it is necessary.
$35 entry
$5 ace pool+50/50 $3 goes to 50/50 and $2 goes to ace pool
Distribution of Prizes:
Since it is a flex start, odds are the winners will not be present, I will deliver the prizes if you are local, or I will mail them out the Monday after.
I will probably not have as many prizes and CTP's this year.. due to short advertisement of the event and everyone touching the flags. I will figure out other ways of giving out prizes...raffles, card winners, best score on certain holes . I am not sure how I will do that yet, but I will figure it out!
We will use digital scorecards and screenshots of scores from Udisc will be sufficient, I will have paper score cards available but the card will need to be turned in via Photo of scorecard, so the passing of the card will not occur.
Please register early! This is a quick turnaround. If you want your shirt size, I will need you to sign up by June 15th! Yes, I know that is quick but it is what it is . I will be ordering extra packs, but your shirt size won't be guaranteed.
