Solstice Scrambles 2020
About this tournament
Welcome to Scambles 2020! So there will be a few a few changes for this year.
-First and most important. In the event that we are told we cant play, we will make a best effort to reschedule. In the event that is not possible we will NOT be issuing refunds and players are responsible for making arrangements to get their player packs. Any money that is left over will be rolled into 2021 event.
-Second, we will not be providing lunch this year. All players will be responsible for their own lunch. That said we will be doing hot snacks as you come through the tourney central. Of course there will be a variety of beverages for all.
-Third, we wont be going out for wings after. we will have a 75$ ace pot that everyone is automatically signed up for. If nobody gets an Ace that money will go to Keene Disc Golf Club.
We are going to follow lead that many tournaments have done this year and will be announcing starting holes night before. We also recommend masks when appropriate and socially distance especially at lunch and awards.
Speaking of starting holes... Instead of auctioning like we have in the past, they will be sold on a first come first served basis during the registration. They are priced inline with what we have gotten in the past auctions.
Also remember, this is solely for fun. These are not rated rounds, there are absolutely no payouts unless Mike hands out cash to get you to do something stupid.
