Scorecards must be turned in using UDisc or a similar scorecard app and e-mailed to [email redacted]. Pictures of paper scorecards will be accepted but are not preferred. If you submit your scores this way each player must initial next to their score and the card will need to be dated.
Each card turned in must have at least 3 players on it with a minimum of 2 being league participants. All league players on the card will have their scores entered when the card is turned in.
League players may assist other players in completing their rounds by playing a non-official round, but this must be approved by the League Director prior to the round, and under no circumstance will this round be counted.
Playing more than one round and then picking your best each week will not be permitted.
Once a card is turned in the player’s scores on that card will be entered and official. Scores may not be changed once they are submitted unless I have made an error in entering.
At the end of 8 weeks, the top 40% of each division will be awarded payout.
Each ace will be paid out at $50 until the ace pool has been emptied. Any remaining ace pool at the end of the season will be distributed amongst the divisions and added to the final payout.
