Why learn from me? (Eli Swansen)
I have been playing the game since 2014 when I was introduced to it by a few friends. I started taking my play more seriously towards the end of 2019. I started playing sanctioned events in 2020, and since then I have built my game to a level suitable for the Disc Golf Pro Tour. My putting in particular stands out against the rest of my game.
Here are some of my putting accolades from the Disc Golf Pro Tour
2022 Circle 1x putting percentage (86%, 21st on the Pro Tour)
2022 Circle 2 putting percentage (28%, 24th on the Pro Tour)
2022 1st in gained putting at Music City Open
2021 5th in gained putting at The Preserve Championship
2022 6th in gained putting at The Portland Open
Even before I was very serious about the game I had a basket at home and I loved to putt in the yard after school. Those afternoons having fun in the yard molded me and my love for putting. It is the most truly measurable part of the game. Either the putt goes in or it doesn't. Over time I have learned what works and what doesn’t in both the physical and mental aspects of putting, through my own play and by watching others. I am excited to work with you and teach you as I taught myself and learned from others on what works and doesn't in every situation on the course. less
