don't have a pdga # and I've never played a sanctioned tournament. I usually score +2 to +8 what class should I register for?

AM4/Rec would be your best bet for your first tourney/sanctioned tourney... if +2-8 is your usual score, that might translate well.

AM1 would be advanced. AM2 is intermediate. AM3 is recreation, AM4 would be novice.
