Looking at the layout, is 18 really a par 3 at 433'? Looks like 200' to reach the OB river and around 235' to clear it.

The measurement is wrong, it is not accounting for the alt/dirt tee which is 50 from river

I played yesterday. The alt tee is 200' from the river. I landed smack in the middle. It was another 235' to the basket from there. It should probably vbe a par 4 based on the other two long baskets.

was out there this week, should be OK - we threw glitches - weeds are packing down and drying up - we will suggest spotter on maybe 2 holes
