FORMAT
- 2 rounds of 21 holes (Shotgun Start) at Oak Meadow Park in Cypress TX.
- Course will be played as the regular 18 holes with 3 additional temporary holes.
- Optional combined Ace & CTP Pot. 50% of the pot will go towards Aces & 50% towards CTP. If there are no Aces, 100% of the pot will go to CTP.

RULES
- Electronic rules sheets will be available. Please review as there will not be a player meeting.
- PDGA electronic scoring will be used. Each card will need at least one back up scorecard, either paper or electronic app.

- (1) Tournament stamped Innova disc

REGISTRATION
- Division caps will be lifted after 48 hours of open registration.
- Since this is a B-Tier event, PDGA membership is required
- $3 PDGA fee included (B-Tier)
- No more than wholesale cost for the players pack will be deducted from entry. Hole sponsorships will offset this deduction.

Gates to the course will be open:
March 3rd 7am - 7pm
March 5th 10am - 7pm

Gorilla DG is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
GDG refund policy- $5 processing fee
Refunds should be requested through the confirmation email.
GDG will refund any player in full (minus registration fees) if requested by email more than 72hrs before the start of event check-in.
GDG will refund any player in full (minus reg fees) up to 24hrs before check-in ONLY IF we can fill the spot.
ALL drops within 24 hours of the event- players will receive entry fee value in merchandise at vendors convenience.
No shows forfeit entry fees.

*exceptions can be made in certain circumstances.

ALL WAITLISTED PLAYERS THAT DO NOT GET IN WILL BE PROMPTLY REFUNDED POST EVENT.
