I’m 5th on the waitlist should I show up just in case?

I'm confused! MP50 is playing the MPO MA1 layout?
The email said layout is for MPO and MA1 only, all other groups play short to orange, but on the hole assignment page it says we are all doing MPO/MA1...that was my confusion.
Ah I see what you mean. I think what I was inferring was that MP50 would be playing with the MPO, meaning starting at FoD for day 1. As far as layout played, that's a good question and I don't want to add confusion. I'm just a competitor, not a TD. Sorry, hopefully you get clarity on it!
No worries! I'll go up later today and take a look at the MPO layout.

I will be unable to make the tournament this week. Can please I get a refund
sure, click the link asking for one. this is not the place as I'dhave to search through the over 200 people that signed up.

Is there an update on layouts for divisions other than MPO/MA1 yet?
getting that today, you all will get an email with all layouts and OB and info you need in a day or two

Adam, Do you know who we are supposed to speak to for Cabins?? I call the number last Monday and there were many extension options. I left a VM for the manager, but didn't hear back. Any ideas?

Sorry Adam , I have to withdraw from Jersey States , hope it’s a great week for competitors and Staff!
Adam Harris March 28, 2021 at 10:53am
Cabins at Camp are available for the weekend of this event. You will need to contact Camp directly and make your arrangements.
There are more than enough overnight accommodations to spread out and maintain distancing.

LAYOUTS - these are work in progress from Matt LaCourte and Justin Choka. They are most familiar with these tow courses and are excited to be putting together fun, fair layouts with good flow and challenge for everyone.
Please be patient, info will be posted.

For full transparency - the event will allocate all event and hole sponsor funds (after event expenses) on a per person basis across ALL divisions.
The added Pro purse of $750 was already added by South Jersey Disc Golf club, so additional funds added to Pro purse will be on the above mentioned per person percentage basis by division.
Pros and Ams alike will benefit equally from the funds raised via sponsorships! So please thank them when you see their tee signs on the course and the even ...

I signed up for MA2 due to availability, but would love to switch to MA1 if that becomes available. Thanks for running this again Adam!
Those divisions are different pools, playing different courses on Saturday. Each pool will have (and now has) its own wait list. Its not up to me to watch the event for you to have a spot, that is your job as a player. I know its hard these days, and its hard as hell to get into events.. You are ... more
Thanks Adam! In the future am I able to sign up for MA2 then also get on the waitlist for MA1? Or is it either-or?
its either or in this case, players pick their divisions. In events when we have split fields, you can't move back and forth from A pool to B pool

I see registrants outside the stated restrictions (ie: MA3 which is what I'd like to sign up for). Should I just go ahead and sign up now too?
Robert, every tournament is different. Read the registraion pages carefully, each TD sets them up different & many of mine are set up similar with some differences to cater to a specific event
Sure - I just had trouble understanding the page for this particular event. This is my first year playing events in quite a while. Sorry if the question seemed obvious. Hope you have a good event.
welcomeback to the tourney scene Robert - whole lot has changed.... Whole lot, its nothing like the old days, its nothing like 2019 even

I will still be 18 when this event is happening. My birthday is may 6th. Is there a way to fix it and let me in? My pdga is 87694
I guess the PDGA. I am currently 18 and will still be 18 while this event is happening yet it will not let me sign up fir MJ18
I know the answer here. My son plays as a junior. Whatever age you turn that year is your disc golf age. Junior divisions max out at mj18 or 18 and under. Since your turning 19 this year you have already aged out of junior divisions. Pdga sees you as a 19 year old already.
thank you for the calrification, Chris has you covered. Jan 1 of that year is what the PDGA sees as everyone's birthday (in a manner of speaking) - I turn 50 in May of 2022 and in Jan of 2022 will be playing MP50 and not MP40.
Ron Gardner March 2, 2021 at 6:37pm
Are the A-pool/ B-pool divisions locked in stone? If MPO/FPO fill pool A tomorrow there will likely be no room for MA1 registration. This is assuming that a player with a 970+ rating will play MPO. Are there going to be reserved spots for MA1?
It is set up the way it is. We rarely have 30 pros, 50 would be a huge field.
Don’t think we’ve had more than a dozen 970 pros ever. Last year there were 9
If it fills with 970+ then that’s what’s going to happen.

The facebook page on south jersey disc golf says the event is may 15th...assuming this one is correct?
