Good Evening,
I want to thank everyone for signing up for our tournament. It should be a fun day with good weather. High in the mid 50's? We will take it! We will tee off at 10am. We will be set up at the shelter at 9am for check in. Please check in with us so we can make sure that we are ready to go at 10am. Good Evening,
I want to thank everyone for signing up for our tournament. It should be a fun day with good weather. High in the mid 50's? We will take it! We will tee off at 10am. We will be set up at the shelter at 9am for check in. Please check in with us so we can make sure that we are ready to go at 10am. We have a few groups of three players so it's important that all three are on the hole at 10am. If you do not have three players, you can not tee off. Groups must have at least three players. So again, please take a second and check in. The layout that we are playing will be two rounds of Reds. This is the easiest layout so the day should be smooth.
Please keep in mind that if you lose a disc, your whole card must look for it and you have a three minute window to find it. If you do not find it, please rethrow from the previous lie and keep moving. The course looks great but if you get off course there could be a lot of leaves on the ground so please pay attention to the discs landing area to better help you find your discs. OB is fairly easy. It's in the creek surrounded by water, on or over concrete walking trails and on or over the road. These will not even be in play on a lot of holes but I did list it on the PDGA scorecard anyways. THE CODE FOR THE EVENT IS gtown.
Payouts: If you are in the top 50% of your division after the tourney is finished then congrats, you receive payout. We will have our full selection of new discs on site as well as all of our used product. We will also have a couple new bags, 1 MVP disc rack new in the box, dry bags, towels and other items set up after the tournament. Even if you don't finish in the top 50% of your division, still feel free to stop by and check out our items.

If you are in the ace fund and no ace is hit, we will throw off CTP for the entire amount but we are rooting for aces. Aces are fun and this is the layout to get them so good luck.

This is our last event of the 2023 year. This was our first year hosting tournaments and we have had a blast doing it. We will be back in 2024 so keep a lookout for our tournaments on Disc Golf Scene. We also have a facebook page if you are interested in following us as well as a website with a selection of discs available. Our website is New Era Disc Golf We know that you can get discs anywhere so we try to make our online discs available at the minimum our vendors will allow us to sell them for.
***Lastly we love giving back to the community so if you bring 5 cans of food at check in for us to donate to local food pantries, we will give you a $5 voucher good towards merchandise when we set up after round two. One $5 voucher per transaction please.***
