MVP Circuit McMinnville
About this tournament
The 2016 MVP Circuit is an event designed to promote disc golf to new players, introduce new and experienced players to the MVP Disc Sports brand and products, and serve as a gathering for MVP Fans.
For the entry fee of 30 dollars, each player will receive a players pack which includes three unreleased discs. They are an Understable, Fairway Driver (Signal) in Neutron Plastic, an Overstable, Midrange Driver (Matrix) in Proton Plastic, and an Understable, Putt & Approach (Spin) in Electron Plastic. In addition, you will receive an MVP Woven Lanyard, carbiner and vinyl sticker (Retail value over $60).
Players will be divided into the following categories:
Men's Experienced
Men's Beginner
Women's Experienced
Women's Beginners
Youth (up to age 14)- This category may be divided up more depending on the age difference amongst entrants
There will be a three round of golf competition (36 holes), using ONLY the three discs in the player pack. Winners will be awarded in each division. In addition, there will be a Putting Competition and a Closest to the Pin Challenges for all competitors. We are taking no "profit" from this event, and all of the entry fee goes towards more prizes for all participants. Awards will be given for each individual event of the circuit. There will be drawings, lots of prizes, lots of disc, and lots of fun for all entrants!
In additon to the many prizes, a small lunch will be provided between rounds, many pictures will be taken during the event, and the third round of the LEAD CARD will be filmed, edited and distributed on Youtube for your viewing pleasure.
