King of Sling presented by Upshots Design & Goods

The King of Sling is a 38-hole C-Tier PDGA sanctioned disc golf tournament. We will play two rounds of 19-holes at Ryan’s Course.

An Email will be sent 24 hours prior to the event. This will serve the virtual players meeting with rules, OB, Mandos, Covid-19 guidelines, etc.

DIVISIONS
Must have three players to make a division, if there is not enough registrants for a division, registrants will be asked to move to another division.

ACE POOL / CTPS
(All CTPS are both rounds)

(Free) AMS Only CTP on hole #15 for an Iron Samurai 3.

(FREE) AMS Only Longest Putt on hole #1 for an Iron Samurai 3.

(Optional) Ace Pool $5.00 If no ace is hit during either round a 50/50 CTP on hole 19 will determine the ace pool winner. 50% + a Discmania “disc of choice” will go to the player and 50% will be donated to the Shelby Co High School.

(Optional) $4 All Field 50/50 CTP on hole 12. 50% + a Discmania “disc of choice” will go to the player and 50% will be donated to the Shelby Co High School.

All proceeds from the raffle will go to Shelby Co High School. The goal for this tournament is to raise enough money for at least 3 portable baskets to use in teaching students at the school about disc golf and help in Growing The Sport! As well as, get a new club team a quick way to practice.

Waitlist: $5 that will be none refundable. If a player comes off the waitlist it will go to their event balance.

Registration must be complete 2 weeks before event to guarantee shirt day of tournament. (Late registration will get $40 voucher to Upshots Design and Goods or delayed shirt)

SPONSORSHIPS/EARLY REGISTRATION
19 Hole sponsorships will be available for $25 Each sponsorship includes the right to one early registration for the sponsoree or a designated player.
~$500 added cash for open
~$200 add for ams payout

SCORING
PDGA Live scoring will be used for this event. Instructions for accessing and using PDGA Live will be in the players email. Two players should keep and submit scores through PDGA.

PAYOUTS
All division will receive a coffee mug trophy.

All Open division payouts will be digital payout.

All Amateur payouts will be handled by Upshots Design and Goods. Includes your own custom wares or Discmania selection.

Players are able to donate their winnings to SCHS to help towards the goal.
