Grand Rapids North Rotary Doubles

The Grand Rapids North Rotary Doubles will be held on Sunday October 27th at the Grand Rapids North Rotary DGC in Belmont, Mi at the Grand Isle Park. The tournament will be a flex start one round of 18 holes of disc golf in Bring Your Own Partner best shot doubles format.


ENTRY FEE IS BY TEAM, NOT INDIVIDUAL


Registration:

1) Prepaid registration online or At Disc Baron (4485 Plainfield Ave NE Ste 206, Grand Rapids, MI 49525)
2) Cashless preregistration ($5 DAY OF FEE - THIS WILL BE DONATED TO THE SCHOLARSHIP FUND)
3) Any spots left day of the event will be available for first come first serve registration for anyone who did not prepay and register. ($5 DAY OF FEE - THIS WILL BE DONATED TO THE SCHOLARSHIP FUND)


Fundraiser:

$10 from every team's entry fee will be donated to the Grand Rapids North Rotary's Scholarship Fund for the Northview High School and Alternative High School.


Format:

1 round of 18 holes - Your round will consist of best shot doubles play


Ace Pool & 50/50 -

$5 Ace Pool and $5 Closest to the Pin 50/50 will be available for a TEAM to enter. Half of the 50/50 entry fees will be donated towards the Scholarship Fund. If an Ace is not hit during the round, the ace pool will be donated to the Scholarship fund.


Divisions:

MIX - One male and One female players
AM - Two Amateur Players
PRO - Two Professional Players

Mulligans:

Mulligans will be available for sale day of the event. Maximum of 5 mulligans per player can be purchased and only 1 can be used per hole per player. $2 per Mulligan.
(ALL MULLIGAN FUNDS WILL BE DONATED DIRECTLY TO THE SCHOLARSHIP FUND)

Prizes:

Disc Baron will be providing prizes on several holes for all divisions, including CTPs and LPs. You are responsible for coming to Disc Baron to pick up any prizes you win. These will be available the day following the event.


Payouts:

100% of Division Entry Fees will be paid out to the approximate top 1/3 of each division, less the $10 Fundraiser Fee per team & $10 Disc Baron Voucher per player (AM & MX Only). Amateur payouts will be provided by Disc Baron in the form of vouchers to Disc Baron's retail or online store. COUPONS WILL NEED TO BE USED AT THE STORE OR ONLINE. PRODUCT WILL NOT BE AT THE COURSE THE DAY OF THE EVENT. Winners will have until 12/27/19 to redeem their vouchers. Vouchers must be used in one transaction and no change will be provided. Vouchers will be issued via email after the event is complete.
