About this tournament

We’ve got sponsors! FCO 2019 is now presented by Dynamic Discs as well as EA Associates, a new science, healthcare, and skilled trades recruitment firm based out of St. Thomas, Ontario. EA Associates has stepped up to be a core sponsor for this event, and we are very fortunate to have a successful local business on board. Please give them consideration if you are involved in the healthcare, pharma, or skilled trades industry.

FCO 2019, presented by EA Associates and Dynamic Discs will be played on three different courses! Saturday will be split between the EA Associates River’s Edge as well as everyone’s favourite temp course: Kiwanis Park, powered by Dynamic Discs. Sunday will be one round with tee times, played on the Thames Valley Hickory 9 golf course! This will be the first time that “The Hick” has been used for disc golf, offering mature trees, elevation changes, and a fully serviced clubhouse for us to cool off and refresh while we award more prize money than any other Canadian event has in disc golf history.

Our tournament schedule can be found at our event page on DiscGolfScene: Times are best-guess: we all know how things can happen.

We’ll be doing some extra fun stuff as well. We will be hosting a $5k/10k Ace Challenge during the event. This is one hole where if you hit an ace, you win $5000. If you ace the hole with a Trilogy disc (Dynamic, Westside, Lat64), you win $10,000! It’s that easy. We will also have assorted CTP holes sponsored by RPM, Discmania, Prodigy, Discraft, and Daredevil Discs. Get the CTP and win some plastic! Make sure that you thank both Dave at Deadman Discs and Ryan with Top Link Disc Golf. They were both instrumental in helping making this a special weekend.

In addition, we will be having a player’s party at St. Julien park on Saturday night. There will be a putting contest qualifier sponsored by RPM discs. The best of the best in the putting challenge will move on to the finale that will take place after Sunday’s round. We will also have Kan Jam, food, a DJ, and more for you to enjoy.

We know that there’s 72 players out there wondering what they’re getting in their player’s packs. Well, we finally have an answer for you!

- Two recently released Dynamic Discs premium blend discs.
- DD branded umbrella
- A sweet customized, collared Dri-Fit shirt
- Sunglasses, and other assorted DD swag
- Some other stuff we have in the works. You’ll like it.

I know it goes without saying, but smoking, vaping, marijuana, and alcohol usage is strictly prohibited while players are on the course or within 50’ of the clubhouse at any time. Aside from water and sports drinks, no outside food or beverages will be brought onto the Thames Valley property. Anyone caught violating this rule will be asked to leave the premises and will be disqualified from the event. All competing players MUST be current PDGA members as of the start of the event. There’s also a basic dress code that exists for events of this caliber. Familiarize yourself with the PDGA rules at In general, don’t look trashy.

That’s all for now. We will have more information to share once we firm up the last details. The London crew is dedicated to making this the sort of event that will make London a landmark for disc golf in Canada. We appreciate all feedback.
