Inaugural Disc Golf Pet Food Fundraiser in memory of Baxter presented by the Rockford Disc Golf Club NFP
BYOP Doubles April 13th at the Anna Page East Disc Golf Course. Registration at 10AM - 10:50am and we will have an 11am Shotgun Start.
Welcome all to the Inaugural Discers 4 Whiskers® disc golf pet food fundraiser charity event at Anna Page East Disc Golf Course! This event is a BYOP (Bring Your Own Partner) and will be one round from the red tees. We are offering teams three fun ways to play: Best shot doubles (BEST), Kings & Queens alternate shot (KNQ) and Best Shot Worst shot (BW)! Contact Timothy Edler with any questions! The entry fee is $10 per team and a 15+ pound bag of cat or dog food (or combination) per player.
The winning team members will each receive cool trophies & other swag.
So far our players packs include: One FREE month of coverage from Disc Golf Network ($12.99 value), a free raffle ticket ($5 value), a Discers 4 Whiskers® decal and additional items to be announced. Individual players may purchase mulligan's, one for $5 and three for $10. After the round we will draw our raffle winners.
100% of the net proceeds from this charity event and raffle will be used to purchase pet food that we will donate to Noah's Ark pet food pantry here in Rockford IL!!
Raffle tickets are 1 for $5, 3 for $10, 7 for $20 & the "Big Whisker" is 20 tickets for $50! You do not have to be present to win any raffle prizes. Our current Grand Prize is a FREE year of Disc Golf Network ($129 value) & additional items will be added. There is an optional $1 ACE pool. If there are no ACES hit we will donate the money to purchase more pet food so grab your partner and join the Rockford Disc Golf Club NFP in a fun filled day to help feed our furry friends.
No one should have to choose between feeding their pet and feeding themselves!
