DiscGolfPark GO Presents: Beta Test @ City Park 9-Fort Collins
About this tournament
Welcome to DiscGolfPark GO!!! This is a new program we are proud to be launching. We have made it easy to set up and run an event with a temp course and the City of Fort Collins and their golf courses are very interested! This "beta" event for City Park 9 is to show them that disc golf is strong and that they can have similar success as other golf courses in the country and state have realized. Thank You Flatirons and Foothills for helping pave the way.
Greens fees for this event are $15 for all. Players have the OPTION of challenging their competitive juices in Am or Pro divisions. $15 extra for Ams and $25 extra from Pros. Pros will receive cash payout and Ams will receive merchandise payouts from Discmania. This is a NON-Sanctioned event and beverages will be available at the course. Please do not bring in outside food or beverage. Carts MAY be available on a first come first serve basis day of for $11.
If we get less than 72 players will will be having a shotgun start at approximately 2pm. If we have a greater interest we will shift the format to tee times. The final decision will be made no less than 2 weeks prior to the event and players will be informed on the final decision via email. Event staff will do what they can to accommodate players and their timing needs.
We are asking players to please refrain from wearing sleeveless shirts or clothing with holes and stains. This is a golf course that we are trying to show our best side to, and sometimes the small things go a long way.
IF there is any weather that prevents this event from happening as planned on the 22nd, we will be rescheduling for the 29th. Standard refund procedures will be in place unless event is cancels completely.
