Lodging at the resort will be closed for this event.

Players Meeting: MANDATORY. Friday, June 12th 7pm. Facebook Live. If you are unable to watch the Players Meeting live it will be posted to our FB Page after. All players are required to watch the Players meeting. 5 minutes prior to each tee players are expected to be at hole #1 for a quick recap of the rules and expectations and to get ready for the 2min warning prior to your tee time. If you are late you are out of luck so please be prompt or you risk missing your tee time and the event.

Awards: Monday, June 15th 1pm. Facebook Live. We will recognize the division winners. Trophies will be available for pickup post event and DGVT will coordinate with all the division winners. All division winners will win a custom Orbital Creations wood mini trophy!

Pro Payouts: We will payout 40% of the Pro divisions. Payouts will be issued via Paypal within 48 hours of completion of the event. $750 added cash to the Pro divisions.

Amateur Payouts: We will payout 45% of the Amateur divisions. Payouts will be posted and a DGVT merchandise voucher will be filed in our system for those players. DGVT will be working with those players to arrange curbside pickup at the next event and/or coordinating pickup at our shop here in Burlington. *note that 2020 DGVTour Buks must be redeemed in 2020. Amateurs will receive a players pack!

Acepot: $2 from each players registration goes to the acepot. There is a $146 carryover added from DGVTour #1.

Tee Times (both days): Tee times will be posted Thursday, June 11th for Saturdays round. After all players are off the course Saturday we will work as fast as we can to get tee times posted for Sundays round. Our hope is to have those posted before 9pm Saturday night. ALL players are expected to arrive no more than 20 minutes before the posted tee time and will be expected to leave within 20 minutes after the round scores have been submitted. When arriving for your tee time, please go directly to the scoring shed ( the old Pro Shop building next to the new Pro Shop) and check in 15 mins prior to your tee time. You will then be expected to be at Hole #1 5 mins before your tee time after checking in at the Scoring Shed.

A Pool: Plays Brewster Saturday and Fox Sunday.
B Pool: Plays Fox Saturday and Brewster Sunday.

Course notes/Out of Bounds:
● White stakes and beyond is out of bounds. All OB is delineated by white stakes.
● The OB line is the inside edge of all white stakes.
● A double-white stake with an arrow delineates OB line continues into infinity.
Hole-Specific

Brewster Ridge DGC:

Hole 2 – OB runs up the full length of the rock wall to the right.
Hole 5 – OB runs up the rock wall on the left, stopping just before the basket and turning 90 degrees to
the left, continuing into infinity.
Hole 15 – OB surrounds the fairway/green. Throws from Gold/Blue must cross inbounds before coming
to rest. If disc does not cross inbounds, proceed to the drop zone (white tee box) with one penalty
throw.
Hole 16 – OB runs down the full length of the rock wall to the left.

Fox Run Meadows DGC:

Hole 1 – OB surrounds the fairway/green.
● Throws from the Gold/Blue must cross
inbounds before coming to rest.
● If disc does not cross inbounds, proceed to
the drop zone (white tee box) with one
penalty throw.

Hole 2 &3 – OB right and long
Hole 4 – This hole has two areas of play, both
surrounded by OB. The first is the farm road on
which the tees are located, connected to the green.
The second is the main landing zone for tee shots,
located to the right side of the farm road. All OB
shots are played by normal OB rules, one meter
relief from where the disc was last in bounds.
Holes 5&6 – OB surrounds the hole.
Hole 7 – The fairway is split by a stream. Both
fairways are separately surrounded by OB.
Hole 8 – OB Surrounds the hole.
Hole 9 – OB surrounds the hole, the large boulder is
a playing surface.
Hole 10&11 – OB surrounds the hole.
Hole 12 – The fairway is split by a wetland area.
Both fairways are separately surrounded by OB.
Hole 13 - OB right and long, wrapping around the
green.
Hole 14 - OB right.
Hole 16 – There is an OB swath separating the hole
into two segments. After crossing, OB continues on
the right side and behind the basket.
Hole 17&18 – OB Surrounds the Hole

NO 2 METER RULE.

NO Division changes after registration closes Wednesday, June 10th @ 5:30pm.

IMPORTANT INFO:

- No caddies or spectators are allowed. 1 guardian per junior player is allowed.
- If you are sick or feel sick you are required to stay home.
- Face Coverings are recommended in the Pro Shop and the Parking Area. 8 players maximum in the Pro Shop at one time.
- We recommend bringing your own hand sanitizer.
- All players will be REQUIRED to social distance ( 6 feet apart) at all times.
- All players will be REQUIRED to only touch their own discs and equipment. This means when a player putts they will retrieve their disc before the next player putts.
- Players will be REQUIRED to not touch the basket .
- Players will be asked to not touch their face.

DGVT merchandise: If you would like to purchase something from DGVT you can do so at the event. We ask that you not touch the merchandise, Louis,Will or Chris can help you pick something out. Member discs and Quarries Throwdown trophies will be at a pickup table labeled with your name.

There will not be a food vendor on site but we recommend supporting our Tour partners, Martell's at the Red Fox, just down the road from Fox Run Meadows before or after your round for a bite to eat.

Refund policy

Disc Golf Vermont is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Full refunds ( minus fees) will be issued until 9pm June 10th when registration closes. After that time refunds will not be given. Division changes will also not be allowed after June 10th @ 5:30 pm.
