SINGLES AND DOUBLES
Two ways to play a round. You are able to play Singles once and doubles once, totaling 2 rounds if you wish. The doubles format is best shot, meaning you can choose either shot out of you and your partner. You may be mixed in with singles in order to fill cards. For registration of doubles, you must register separately and select the doubles division. Write you and your partners first name as the name.
PAYOUT
Every divisions pays out! Pro divisions payout in cash through PayPal. Amateur divisions pay out in Amazon gift cards. The top 40% of scores in every division pay out. Your payout will me sent after the tournament is over within 24hrs. Doubles payout will be split and sent separately to each partner.
ACE POT
This event has a traveling ace pot that we carry over to all of our events until it is hit. The ace pot maxes out at $500 and then a reserve ace pot will begin building. The singles ace pot and doubles ace pot is separate. The way one wins the ace pot is by scoring a hole in one during tournament play.
TEE TIMES
There are tee times every 20min from 8am to 6pm. Tee times are not required and you are able to walk up and register. However, we only allow a minimum of a group of three to play together and if there are not enough players present, you will have to wait for a group. Therefore, registering for a tee time, especially that already has players in it, gives you the best chance at starting at your desired time. If something comes up and you cannot make your tee time and need to reschedule, you may do so at no charge IF you contact the tournament director before your scheduled tee time. You must be ready to play at your tee time or there will be a $5.00 rescheduling fee.
COURSE LAYOUT
The course layout will be on UDisc labeled “Grand Layout”. The layout of very similar to the white layout but with a couple of added challenge. Pars are harder; a couple baskets and tees will be moved; 3 baskets will be raised; and a triple mando will be added. Follow the course layout on UDisc to practice.
SCORING
Live scoring is available for the singles division. Players are able to watch scores throughout the day and even while playing to see how they stand. Doubles scores will be posted on our Facebook page after the tournament is over. If you placed high enough to payout, you will receive it separately.
TEE SIGN SPONSORSHIP
We are always looking for individuals and businesses to sponsor tee signs. Sponsoring tee signs is not only a great way to advertise, but also a way to support the tournament. We use the money to improve the tournament experience, run larger tournaments, and add cash to payout in future tournaments. Tee sign sponsorship costs $25/hole and comes with a customized sign for you to advertise on. We also accept player sponsorship for those who want to support. Please email [email redacted] for more info.
