If players drop prior to the event will people who got in with no player pack have the option to upgrade to player pack if available?

Mike Sullivan   September 9, 2020 at 12:25pm

Yes. I will have more details about that in the player information email. I'll be sending that out a few days before the event.

Chong Mounce   September 9, 2020 at 6:14pm

Thanks

Austin Gerber    September 7, 2020 at 12:15am

I just made it off the waitlist. When I went to pay it says no players pack or shirt. I'm just confused as to why If it's the same amount of players anyway?

We will handle player pack upgrades after all players currently slated to receive one have gotten theirs and we know what's left. It's very likely you will be able to get one; in that case, we would prefer PayPal or Venmo to the club.

Austin Gerber   September 18, 2020 at 2:32pm

Right on. Thanks man

Mike Sullivan   September 18, 2020 at 2:52pm

You got it!

Mike Sullivan    September 6, 2020 at 11:08pm

Waitlist movement today! Breanna Payne, both Roseboom boys, Todd Cavender, and Andrew Shands are all in.

They will be guaranteed Destroyers with the tourney stamp that way. I have exactly two left.

Mike Sullivan   September 8, 2020 at 9:44pm

And I'm proud to always go the extra mile for my players :)

All set, again, thank you!

Mark Metz    September 4, 2020 at 4:47pm

Hi Sully,
I’m going to make another Am spot available. Turns out I will be out of town after all.
I was able to withdraw from the waitlist for MA2, but can’t seem to withdraw a second time from MA50.
Can you fully withdraw me and give my spot to somebody?
Thanks.
Have a great event. Sorry I’ll miss it.

Done! Sorry that you'll miss it, as well.

Todd Cavender   September 4, 2020 at 8:40pm

I am the #1 wait-lister. Does this mean I am in? Ready to pay

Mike Sullivan   September 5, 2020 at 4:33pm

Todd, you are the #1 waitlister for MA3. Mark withdrew from MA50, and his spot was filled from that division's waitlist. If and when there is a space available in MA3, I will add you and DGS will send you an email with a payment link. Have a great weekend!

Mike Sullivan    September 2, 2020 at 1:45pm

After examining player pack quantities, spaces available, and the like, I have capped Pool A at 84 spots (just like Pool B) and have promoted the four MA1 players on the waitlist.

Nine PRO spots remain. If I end up opening more AM spots, they will be discounted/trophy-only, as I cannot guarantee availability of player packs.

Hi Mike, I am currently on #4 for MA3 ... according to your best guess - what are the chances of me getting in the tournament? Thanks in advance.

Mike Sullivan   September 3, 2020 at 2:46am

I have no way of answering this, honestly. The Pool B waitlist hasn't moved in quite some time, other than waitlisters dropping. The lower number of tournaments and the high profile of this event in a year with an abbreviated season means I basically would have to guess, and I don't want to lead you astray.

Stone Wahl    August 29, 2020 at 6:15pm

Sully, I have to drop from this. I was promoted from the waitlist, so no $ have changed hands.

Mike Sullivan   August 29, 2020 at 6:32pm

Sorry to hear that, Stone. Hopefully I'll see you at the next one!

Mike Sullivan    August 25, 2020 at 8:18pm

Draft tee time schedule and projected payouts are posted. The draft tee time schedule is just for general reference as to the time block in which your division will most likely play.

Where are these files posted?

Chris roseboom    August 25, 2020 at 12:21pm

I see that pool one is not full. Eventually will unclaimed spots go to waitlisters in pool 2?

Mike Sullivan   August 25, 2020 at 1:20pm

Priority will go to waitlisters in Pool A first. I will consider a realignment of divisions, but please remember that Pool A plays a significantly longer and more difficult version of Franklin Park than Pool B does, so that will be material to my decision.

Mike Sullivan   September 7, 2020 at 8:42pm

Making sure you saw that the kids got into the tournament. Your email should have the registration links.

Austin Gerber    August 24, 2020 at 11:09pm

Anyone know of any good camping nearby? I'm coming in from 2 hours out

Doesn't Freedom Center have cabins for rent?

Steve Ganz   August 25, 2020 at 2:10pm

Rentals are typically reserved for group retreats and start at $500 minimum per lodge per night. https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1ooqr34dl0aSs9ihRGpUwE3MBmIdtZZkeksIFZ6TZniE/viewform?ts=590a23bb&edit_requested=true

Thanks guys

Mike Reverdito    August 18, 2020 at 1:39pm

Please remove and refund me for this event as my schedule has changed and I cannot make it. Thank you in advance

Done.

Mark Metz    August 9, 2020 at 1:04am

Hi Mike,
Do I have to be at Franklin Friday afternoon or can I check in and pick up players pack on Saturday before tee time?

Mike Sullivan   August 9, 2020 at 1:26am

You can absolutely pick up your pack on Saturday. Just giving people options!

Alexander Guerra    August 8, 2020 at 11:06pm

If it does not move me to a waitlist, is it possible for me to move from MA1 to MA2?

Mike Sullivan   August 8, 2020 at 11:25pm

Currently, that would move you to a wait list. You may also wait list yourself for MA2 while remaining in MA1

Alexander Guerra   August 8, 2020 at 11:48pm

Ah okay. Do you mind adding me to the waitlist then? If a spot doesnt open ill stay in MA1, Thanks Mike!

Mike Sullivan   August 9, 2020 at 1:00am

You got it!

Jacob Haiss    August 2, 2020 at 1:46am

Just curious, how are Ams divisions getting paid out?

Ok, is there gonna be an awards ceremony or will everything be pickup/ shipped?

Mike Sullivan   August 3, 2020 at 3:32am

We will not have a full-field awards ceremony. We will have trophies available for those who place on Sunday after the round, but can ship if people have to leave before things are decided.

Mike Sullivan   August 3, 2020 at 3:34am

For example, lead card for MA3 will have plenty of time to get to Franklin Park not only to pick up their trophies, but also to spectate (socially distant, mandatory, masked, greatly preferred) the MPO lead card.

Dustin Allen    July 25, 2020 at 10:29pm

So I used my Registration code. I vcould only get onthe waitlist for Ma3. Does that mean Im first in line when Reg registration opens?

Mike Sullivan   July 25, 2020 at 10:34pm

Yes.

Mike Sullivan   July 25, 2020 at 10:36pm

But your registration won't be finalized until you follow the emailed link to pay your entry fee.

Dustin Allen   July 26, 2020 at 12:00am

10-4. Thanks Sully

Mike Sullivan    July 24, 2020 at 8:37pm

Layouts for Franklin are posted in the Pictures tab. Layout for Clark's is standard concrete white tees.

Steve Liska   August 14, 2020 at 2:52am

I've only played Clark's once before so far, so I apologize if this is obvious - but does the the creek(s) play as OB for the tournament, and if so will there OB lines marked?

Mike Sullivan   August 14, 2020 at 3:06am

Yes and yes.

Alexander Guerra    July 24, 2020 at 3:40pm

Would someone mind sharing the layouts for each course during the tournament? Thanks!

They'll be posted later today.
