Good morning. I hope everyone has had a great start to your weekend!
Crossover is proud to present: "3rd Annual Cedar Grove Championship". This event will be held at Cedar Grove in Sunman, Indiana, which is home to Crossover Disc Golf. The event is on Sunday, 9/4.
The event is at Cedar Grove (21208 Meadow Lane, 47041) in Sunman, Indiana. This is a shared driveway. OUR HOUSE IS THE FIRST ON THE RIGHT ON MEADOW LANE. There's a planter with flowers that looks like a disc golf basket that has our name and address on it. Our driveway is right after it on the right. Please don't go past to our neighbors houses.
This tournament will be a 3 round event. We will shotgun start round 1 at 9a. Player check in is between 800-845a behind the garage on the patio. We will do our player meeting outside the garage by the back porch at 835a.
The layout rotation for the day will be as follows: BLUE, PURPLE, GREEN
I'll be out front to help arrange/park cars.
The schedule will look something like this:
9a - Round 1
1130a - Lunch Break
1230p - Round 2
230p - Second Break
3p - Round 3
5p - Awards and Payouts
Reminder, we are not providing food for this event. We will be providing cold drinks. So please plan accordingly. There are very limited choices to get to during a break and making it back. So I would plan on packing your lunch/food.
For those in the ACE fund, if none are hit, we will do a throw off at the completion of the 3 rounds. For those in the CTPs, we will do 3 of them (one per round). They will be: BLUE 13, PURPLE 19, GREEN 16
A heads up for everyone. There has been a few adjustments you might want to check out before the round before 845a. They are as follows:
Hole D - this hole has been extended back to the original design from last year
Hole 11 Blue - a new tee pad has been poured 11 Green/Purple are still the same
Hole E - the last hole that walks you back to the parking area
In the event of a tie for first in any division, the playoff will start on hole 1 and will go on until there is a winner. The blue layout will be played.
All AM divisions will receive crossover cash following the rounds, and open divisions cash via PayPal, if not enough cash on hand.
