...All registered players are given the options outlined in our policy below. Please wait for an email (and request form) on Monday morning at 8:00am. It will have the choices available for refunds or player packs.
...All refunds will then be process Monday afternoon at 5:00pm.

...Moving this tournament to a later date in 2020 is unlikely, but we will keep you updated of any developments.

Refund policy

Ann Arbor Disc Induced Sports Club is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.

If PDGA Sanctioning remains suspended through the tournament dates… we will cancel the tournament and all players will be entitled to the following options:
1. Receive a complete 100% refund of your Registration Fee, Ace Pool, CTP, and raffle entry fees.

OR

2. Receive (by mail) your player pack at wholesale cost ($45.00) with an additional charge of $5.00 for shipping. The remainder of your registration fee will be refunded. If you choose to receive a player pack, we’ll provide you the opportunity to (digitally) select your preferred shirt, hat, and discs.

If national and state restrictions regarding event capacities remain in place… we will reduce the total registration as necessary. Any players that are removed from the tournament will be given the same options as above.
