About this tournament

MARK YOUR CALENDARS! The Ottawa Recreation Commission is proud to present the 2nd Annual ORC Disc Golf Classic on September 7th at Kanza Disc Golf Course in Ottawa, KS!

This is a non-sanctioned tournament and we will be playing by PDGA Rules.

This is a great introductory for those who may want to learn how to play in tournaments along with those seasoned veterans who play in tournaments regularly! Novice and Junior players will play one round of 21 holes. All other divisions will play one round of 21 holes and one round of 18 holes. Divisions of 3 or less could possibility be combined. This will be determined on a division by division case basis.

On the 17th, there will be a player meeting and check in at 7:30 am followed by a shotgun start at 8:00 am. We anticipate that the second round will begin at approximately 12:00 pm. During the break between rounds we will have a Ring of Fire and a Longest Drive Competition! Ring of Fire is complementary!

Registration is limited to the first 90 players! All proceeds go towards the ORC Youth Program Scholarship Fund! Those registered by August 1 are guaranteed a complementary tournament disc and t-shirt. We cannot guarantee a player pack to those who register after August 1.
