Awards ceremony approx. 1 hour after final card is turned-in following the final round.
Ties for trophy winners decided through playoffs prior to awards ceremony.

-Gulf Meadows - 21 Holes
Hitchcock, Texas

Two Rounds with 39 total holes. All divisions will play both rounds from the same tee locations.

Saturday 9/23/17:
o 7:00am to 8:00am – Players check in
o 8:00am - Players meeting
o 8:30am – Round 1 tee off

There's a NON-PDGA Member fee of $10 for all that are not current or not a PDGA member

$5 - Optional Ace Fund - CTP if no ACE is hit during tournament play

All entry fees include $2 PDGA Fee, $3 GHDGC Fee and $3 Park Fees
*There will be NO players packs. 100% of entry fees and added cash will be paid out to the players who place in the top 40% for Open and 50% for AM. However, some sponsors may elect to provide items to distribute to players in lieu of a cash sponsorships.
