About this tournament
Welcome to the tournament page for the 2nd Annual Cougar Classic! This is a tournament run by the Provo Disc Golf Team (comprised of BYU students). Please come out and help us fundraise so that we can go to the 2024 College Disc Golf National Championship in Rock Hill, SC.
This will be a two round, one day, unsanctioned doubles tournament.
PANCAKES INCLUDED!
All tournament registrants are welcome to a free pancake breakfast available before the first round. Come early, warm up, and enjoy a few pancakes before the competition begins.
22 HOLE XL LAYOUT & CADDY BOOK
We will be playing a special course layout for this event. We will be adding a few safari holes in addition to select pin placements on the original Art Dye layout. A caddy book will be posted prior to the day of the event.
TEAM DISCS FOR PURCHASE
Registration does NOT include a players pack disc. A limited supply of team stamped discs will be available for sale the day of the event.
EPIC CUSTOM TROPHY
The first place team will be presented with an epic custom trophy (See images for a preliminary design)! The winners' photo will also be the banner for the Provo Team chat for the next year (only if you want to go down in history).
USED DISC RAFFLE
Got too much plastic at home already? Come win some more! All registrants will also be entered into a used disc raffle. Don't worry, they're not DX Sharks.
