2020 PVHS PROJECT GRADUATION FUNDRAISER DISC GOLF TOURNAMENT

So I finally got the news everyone has been waiting on regarding the pikeview project graduation fundraiser disc golf tournament. I received word today from the mercer co board of education that as long as school is closed so are the school facilities and school grounds. So I will NOT be able to run the tournament on march 28. I will tentatively reschedule the tournament for April 18th and cross my fingers. If it still cant be ran I will visit all options available. I apologize for having to postpone and if anyone registered needs a refund now I understand and will take care of that. Otherwise I'll keep you registered and hopefully we can play april 18. Please help spread the word and everyone be safe.

I'm sure some if not all of you are wondering if we are still planning on having the tournament with the landscape of everything going on around us regarding the Corona Virus. Mercer Co schools have been closed through march 27. Right now I assume that means our tournament is still a go. If they end up extending the closing date then I'm not sure where that leaves us, but I will let you know the second I know. My likely first move would be to change the date to april 18 which was my initial date selection. If that doesn't work I will then have to give players the option of a refund or the players pack. I apologize for not knowing more at this time and hope you remain patient with me. Let's cross our fingers the world goes back to normal soon!
