The $45 entry fee is a one time cost. Players will receive a premium Latitude-64 golf disc and a premium Dynamic Discs golf disc in their player pack. If a player advances to the next levels, there are not additional entry fees. Winners of Local Qualifying Brackets will move on to the State/Province Bracket. Winners of the State/Province Bracket will move on to the Championship Bracket in Emporia, Kansas (June 22-24, 2018).

2 Brackets / 16 players per Bracket

18 hole matches per round
I will use randomizer software to split 32 players into two groups of 16
Those two groups of 16 will then be entered separately into UDisc
UDisc will then randomize the two separate brackets for Match Play
why two brackets? Pittsburgh is sending two players to the State Championships!!! Thats right, two of yinz have a chance at big prizes and more coolness! Each bracket winner is moving on!

this below gives us wiggle room for weather/etc as this far into the tournament i am trying to accommodate everyone if we can.

A pair of opponents plays in a group with at least one other pair, or an Official.
Exception: During USAMPC matches, another pair or official is not required."
what this means is we can play these matches as we see fit, if absolutely needed.

Who?
Current PDGA member guidelines – Disc golfers rated 969 or below as of January 1, 2018.
New members who do not have a current PDGA rating are eligible to compete.
Non-current PDGA members – Disc golfers who have never been rated 970 or above.
Non-PDGA members – Disc golfers who are not current PDGA members or are so new to the PDGA that they do not have a rating are eligible to play in the event. Final determinations of who is not eligible will be the responsibility of the bracket hosts.

State/Province Brackets – May 2018
Championship Bracket in Emporia, Kansas – June 22-24, 2018

First Place – DyeMax Trophy Disc + $100 dynamicdiscs.com credit
Second Place – DyeMax Trophy Junior Disc + $50 dynamicdiscs.com credit
Third place – DyeMax trophy Mini + $25 dynamicdiscs.com store credit
Players that win their State/Province Championship Bracket will be provided the following:
$500 cash for travel expenses
Free entry into a two round stroke play B-Tier on Saturday, June 24 for the 54 players that will not advance to play on Saturday.

Awards for Championship Bracket in Emporia
FIRST PLACE – $20K VALUE
18 Veteran baskets and 18 tee signs to be used wherever the champion wants! ($8K value)
Dynamic Discs will ship 18 portable or permanent Veteran baskets and 18 tee sign frames to the champion. These baskets could be donated to a local park that needs new baskets, they could go towards a new course (public or private), or any other creative place the champion chooses!
Discs for Life ($12K value) – Life sounds better than 20 years. It is really 20 years.
Dynamic Discs will provide the champion with a $2,000 credit at dynamicdiscs.com. On the first of each year (from 2019-2038), $500 will be added to the champion’s dynamicdiscs.com account to be used on discs and merchandise.
SECOND PLACE – $5K VALUE
9 Veteran baskets and 9 tee signs to be used wherever the champion wants! ($4K value)

you better have a good reason and give me ample time. most likely you'll get your player pack and a first round loss. i don't really like refunds unless you deserve one.
