2017 Freedom Memorial presented by Disc Baron and sponsored by Latitude 64 - Smash Park (MPO, FPO, MPM, MPG, MA2, MM1)

The 2017 Freedom Memorial presented by Disc Baron and sponsored by Latitude 64 will be held on Monday, May 29th at Fallasburg Park in Lowell, MI and Smash Park in Belding, MI. The tournament will include 2 rounds of 18 holes of play, 1 round on each course. Divisions MPO, FPO, MPM, MPG, MA2 and MM1 will start at Smash Park for their 1st round and then travel to Fallasburg Park for their 2nd round. Awards will be done at each course.

Registration:

In honor of Memorial Day, any active duty personnel or veterans will receive 1/2 off their entry fees

1) Paid registration online or At Disc Baron (4485 Plainfield Ave NE Ste 206, Grand Rapids, MI 49525) - Credit/debit cards can be used to pay for the tournament but a 5% processing fee will be added.
2) Day of the event for an additional $5 fee


Format:

2 rounds of 18 holes singles


Ace Pool & 50/50 -

$3 Ace Pool & $2 50/20 will be available for entry

Divisions:

I can add any division by requested if it is not listed. There must be at least 3 participants to make a division. You can register for any division but if that division does not have enough participants to qualify, you will need to move to a qualifying division prior to play and additional fees may be required or refunded if the registration fees differ. Womens and Juniors divisions do not need to meet the minimum


Prizes:

There will be prizes on most holes, including 2nd Closest Shot, CTPs and LPs. All winners of any prize hole will also receive a raffle ticket to win a Dynamic Discs Marksman Basket. You must be present to win the basket, but your original CTP/LP prize will still be awarded if you are unable to collect.


Payouts:

Payouts will be provided using the standard PDGA payout scale. Amateur payouts will be provided by Disc Baron in the form of coupons to Disc Baron retail or online store. Winners will have until 6/29/17 to redeem their coupons. Coupons must be used in one transaction and no change will be provided.


Lunch:

Lunch will run approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes after the last card is turned in on your course. 2nd round start time will be rounded to the closest 15 minutes. There is a possibility that each course will have different start times for the 2nd round.


Refunds:

Refunds will be handled and processed in accordance with PDGA event standards.
