About this tournament
Welcome everyone to the first ever Greg Anderson Memorial Disc Golf Tournament! This is a PDGA Sanctioned C-Tier Charity Event. We at FlyRite Disc Golf are excited to partner with the ever caring and supportive nonprofit organization United Way in an effort to honor the late great Cartersville Parks & Rec Director Greg Anderson; we eminently appreciate all his efforts to make Cartersville a better place.

FOOD TRUCK: The Sloppy Skillet will have their food truck at Deerfield from 11am to 5pm.
EVENT INFO:
- 1 Round of 20 Holes at Deerfield
- PDGA Sanctioned Singles Tournament
- Shotgun Start
- Sign up for either 1st Flight (Morning) or 2nd Flight (Afternoon)
If a player is signed up for the 1st Flight AND is in 1st Place after the round, he/ she must be available for a Playoff in the case of a tie at the conclusion of the 2nd Flight's round; IF YOU ARE UNAVAILABLE TO RETURN AT THE END OF THE TOURNAMENT FOR A PLAYOFF, YOU WILL FORFEIT THE 1ST PLACE PRIZE
If the Winner of a Division is not present at the conclusion of the event, FlyRite Disc Golf will hold the prize for them at 807 West Avenue, Suite E, Cartersville, GA 30120
In the case of a tie, Holes played will be, in order: 1, 2, 3, 6, and 7 on repeat
PRIZES:
- 1st Place: $50 Gift Card to FlyRite Disc Golf (Vending on Location and Store within 5 Miles of Event Venue)
- CTP: Each Division has a CTP prize of a $25 Gift Card to FlyRite Disc Golf (Vending on Location and Store within 5 Miles of Event Venue). All other proceeds attained from CTP sign-ups will be donated to charity. CTP's will be distributed at the conclusion of the event. CTP Holes are the following: Blue (Hole 19), White (Hole 7), Red (Hole 10), Green (Hole 3), Purple (Hole 20)
- Ace Pot: Any player who gets an Ace while playing the event will receive a Discmania Fanatic Sky Backpack. All proceeds attained from Ace Pot sign-ups will be donated to charity
- Raffle: Eagle McMahon and Discmania have graciously donated two Eagle McMahon signed discs for us to raffle. Players may purchase a $10 raffle ticket during registration for an Eagle McMahon signed Discmania Iron Samurai and Cloudbreaker. The discs will be raffled separately at the conclusion of the 2nd Flight and if the winner of either disc is unable to receive it, the disc may be held at FlyRite Disc Golf at 807 West Avenue, Suite E, Cartersville, GA 30120 OR can be mailed to the winner.
- Raffle (Cont.): Huge shout out to United Way of Bartow County Secretary Ricky Lamberth for donating TWO $50 FlyRite Disc Golf gift cards to the raffle (1 $50 gift card per flight). Each registered player will be automatically included for the drawing of a gift card. Raffle for the 1st Flight Gift Card will be done at the conclusion of the 1st Flight Round. Raffle for the 2nd Flight Gift Card will be done at the conclusion of the 2nd Flight Round.

Refund policy
Please read this before requesting refund. We will follow these PDGA guidelines: https://www.pdga.com/rules/competition-manual/103
All refund requests will be charged a $10 admin fee.
Players who officially request to withdraw from an event at least 30 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% cash refund (minus up to a $10 handling fee).
Players who officially request to withdraw from an event 15 to 29 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% cash refund minus up to a $10 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through either the waitlist or a walk-up entry (if offered). If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the TD has the choice to provide EITHER a 50% cash refund OR just the player’s pack the player would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping).
Players who officially request to withdraw from an event within 14 days of the start of the event and prior to the event’s published closure of registration and waitlist replacements will receive a 100% cash refund minus up to a $10 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through either the waitlist or a walk-up entry (if offered). If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the TD has the choice to provide EITHER a 25% cash refund OR just the player’s pack they would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping).
Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from a registered spot playing in the event prior to the published closure of registration and waitlist replacements and don’t play (aka a no-show), forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or player’s pack.
