December 11 @ 2pm - Doris Leeper Disc Golf Course
Doris Leeper Disc Golf Course is a fairly new course. It was just installed within the last 2 years, but I have heard really good things about this course. Come out and check it out as H2O Monthlies travel, yet again, to a new course!
Course is located at:
2317 Creek Shore Trail
New Smyrna, FL 32168
Driving directions:
I-95; exit 249 if heading north or 249A if heading south. Merge onto FL-44 E and go 0.6 mile to a left on Sugar Mill Dr. Go 1.3 miles to a left on Pioneer Trail. Go 1.8 miles to a right on Turnbull Bay Rd. Go 2.1 miles to a left on Creek Shore Trail. Entrance 1.3 miles down the road.
NEW
1. We will be doing pre-registration for all H2O Monthlies online starting with this H2O Monthly.
2. Registration will open 2 weeks prior to each monthly on Sunday at 8pm (so for H2O December Monthly at Doris Leeper on 12/11/16, registration will open on 11/27/16 @ 8pm). Here is the link to register: H2O Disc Golf - December Monthly 2016 Registration
3. Player limit will be capped at 72 players, so register early to get your spot.
4. There will be a waitlist for any cancellations, but we will not be able to have more than 72 players compete, so if you don't register ahead of time and try to show up at the event, you may not be able to play. Any open spots will be filled by first-come-first-serve basis starting with the waitlist and then by physical sign up day-of (if not previously registered).
5. Registration buy-in will increase from $25 to $30 to help cover the cost from Disc Golf Scene and PayPal. $25 will be returned 100% via Payouts, CTPs, and Ace Fund; and $5 will go toward operating expense including Disc Golf Scene and PayPal.
6. We will be adding a 4th Pool!! With so many players, the gap from bottom to top of each pool was rather large with only 3 pools. A, B, and C Pool rating will change slightly and we will add D Pool. Here are the changes:
A Pool = 930 and higher PDGA rating
B Pool = 890-929 PDGA rating
C Pool = 830-889 PDGA rating
D Pool = 829 and lower PDGA rating

Refund policy
Refunds for cancellations will be returned at 100% back to the player up until 12/10/16 @ 8pm (close of online registration). Any cancellation requests made after this time, will need to be made via phone/text/call and will only be refunded if the spot can be filled by someone else.
