About this tournament
The Triple Double is back for it's 5th year!
This tournament is a favorite of many disc golfers. 3 rounds. 2 players. 1 day. It is a test of stamina, teamwork, and skill where only one team can hoist the trophy.
There will be 2 pools (divisions subject to change) All courses will be playing the shortest possible layout.
Pool A: MPO/MA1/MA4
Jackson round 1
Lenni round 2
South Hills round 3
Pool B: MA2/MA3
Lenni round 1
South Hills round 2
Jackson round 3
Rounds 1 and 3 will be standard best shot doubles for all divisions. Round 2 will be "Dutch" doubles. Dutch doubles is a form of alternate shot where the tee shots are decided before the round. One team member tees off on the even numbered holes while the other tees off on the odd numbered holes. After the tee shot it is standard alternate shot until the hole is completed. MA4 will be doing their Dutch Doubles for round 1. Round 2 and 3 will be standard best shot.
Player pack for AMs will be a Discorganized disc crate for each player. Each one of these retails at $55. Due to the high cost/value of the crates, and multiple pavilion fees, this will be a trophy only event, ( No payouts) for the Amateur divisions.
Pro divisions will be payed out via paypal for the top 40%.
